Run or Dye 2015!

One of the things that I like to convey on this blog is how much running can be, it's a great way to stay fit and I've also found that it's a great way to manage blood glucose levels when you have diabetes. I've recently become aware of a seriously fun event that involves running, 5km and a whole lot of coloured dye.

Every kilometer throughout the event brings new colour dyes, that are both safe and eco-friendly as they're plant based. Whether you walk, dance or run to the end of the distance, after completing the colourful 5km, runners are rewarded by the Finish Festival. Which is a great event that will see MC's jamming out and starting your count-down to tie-dying the sky along with friends and family using the free colour packet entrants get for being involved.

People who've already completed Run or Dye before have mentioned that it's one of the funnest events they've ever done exercising. So if you'd like to get involved here's a list of events near you. If do choose get involved what do you wear? Well you're the canvas, so white is the shade that will show off your dye.
